Airport Transportation Do to the current airport regulations and policies we know that travel can be difficult. Therefor,
we track your flight by the flight number that you provide us with. If your flight is delayed over one-hour, or cancelled
please let us know immediately. We monitor several websites to assist us in tracking your flight, occasionally (ok this
is the airport, frequently) they do not update flight status as they should. We need your help in this matter. Drivers are already at the airport in a designated lot, awaiting your arrival. "Zone 6" is the proper pick
up area. If you would like a driver to meet you in the baggage claim area please let us know, this is not an additional cost. Luggage rules at most Airports: Most of the airlines charge
you for your second bag, any where from $25.00-$75.00. They also charge a fee for luggage over 50 pounds. Oversized
or overweight luggage is typically damaged in route by the airlines. Also, no containers over .5 ounces is allowed as
a carry-on, this includes, mascara, hair gel, hair spray, and many other cosmetics. No food or drinks are allowed
past the security point, so don't purchase/bring anything with you that you can't consume on the limo ride
or while waiting in line. If your luggage has been lost by the airline they will deliver it to your
hotel/home, at no charge.
Upgrade
ME to a LIMO In most cases we
use stretch limousines, when they are available, not town cars, at no additional charge. However, if we have no
limousines available then you will receive an Escalade or Town Car/Sedan at the same price. If you would like to
make sure you receive a limousine then an additional charge may apply. If you prefer a regular
towncar please let the reservationist know at the time of booking.

. Cancellations and Deposits We like to
be fair when it comes to cancellations. Cancellations for the Airport, Train, and other Corporate
transportation can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation date and time, with no penalty. The Public Utility Commision (PUC) regulates all Livery Companies and are required (as well
as all other limousine companies in Pennsylvania) to have the following Cancellation Policy: Clients reserve the right to cancel under these following conditions: 1) Forfeiture of not more than 50% of the deposit
if the reservation is cancelled by the client more than 15 days but less than 30 days prior to the date, the transportation
was to depart on, and 2) Forfeiture of not more than the total amount of the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 15
days prior to the date the transportation was to depart. Other states (Delaware,
New York, New Jersey) are not allowed to pick up within Pennsylvania. Please be aware that the PUC can not help you, should
you have a problem or discrepancy with a company Out-of-State. Deposit(s) are 15% of the
total charge, including all tolls, parking, and gratuity. There is a $35.00 returned check
fee for all checks that are returned.

NO Hidden FEES: We do not have
any hidden fees; no gas surcharge, no tax, ect. The client(s) are resposibility for all tolls, parking fees,
the optional Wedding or Night Out Favors, and any overtime. Ex: Philadelphia Airport charges $3.00 for airport arrivals when
you are picked up at the Philadelphia Airport. When you have overage on your time, done in (1) hour increments, and is
paid at the end of the transportation. We due allow for a 15 minute overage on end time at no charge. All Weddings are
paid for one-week prior to the Wedding Date. If you have any additional questions
please do not hesitate to contact a receptionist. We do NOT charge for any tax or gas surcharge.
